Operating procedures and cleaning steps for biscuit production lines


The biscuit production line, from feeding to three-roll sheeting, sugar screening, conveying, and waste material recovery, uses a cooperative tunnel oven for baking. Spraying oil and cooling are all completed automatically through mechatronics integration. The thickness of the biscuits is adjustable, and the speed of the machinery can be adjusted steplessly, from fast to slow. The system also features fully automatic temperature control and other advanced equipment.
